Do we know the impact of edible food waste? In the workshop we explore the impact on our environment and the impact on our pockets (financially) I share facts in terms of who is the biggest culprit of food waste (hotels, restaurants, households). I bring food items and as a group we can explore things like – which foods can you freeze, sell by date myths etc. I include a meal prep kit with recipe card. A food planner is also included.
