This workshop explores the link between food and how we feel (rather than talking about Mental Health) – We cover foods to avoid if your feeling low etc. And foods that will boost mood, energy, brain function.

The 45 minute workshop is interactive and is aimed to help employees make better food choices. The session covers facts on food so that people can buy and eat food through knowledge and education.
