Empowering You to Make Food Your Way

Hello! I’m Rebecca “Becky” Brown, the founder of SimpliciB and a passionate Food Educator. I launched SimpliciB in 2020 with one goal: to help people across the UK feel confident about food, regardless of budget, cooking ability, or daily pressures.


My own wellbeing journey, from living alone and seeing meals as just chores, to finding joy in cooking simple, nourishing food has shaped everything I do. When the first UK lockdown hit, witnessing panic-buying followed by food waste inspired me to develop practical hacks: how to shop smart, waste less, and enjoy your plate even when time or resources are tight.


I hold a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Health and Nutrition, and I specialise in designing and delivering workshops that explore the connection between food, mood, energy, and mental wellbeing. My signature workshop, Food & Mood, helps people understand how what we eat influences how we feel mentally.


Over the years I’ve worked with the NHS, schools, organisations and individuals, combining my 20 years of experience in operations, performance and efficiency with my love for food and wellbeing. That means my approach isn’t just inspirational, it’s grounded, results-oriented, and tailored to real lives.
