Hello! I'm Rebecca Brown, founder of SimpliciB and a dedicated Food Educator. Since establishing SimpliciB in 2020, my mission has been to empower individuals to make informed, healthier food choices, regardless of time, budget, or culinary skill.

With a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Health and Nutrition, I specialise in delivering engaging workshops that explore the profound connection between what we eat and how we feel. My signature "Food and Mood" workshop, a 45-minute session helps participants understand how dietary habits impact mental well-being, energy levels, and overall mood.

My journey began during a personal food rut while living alone, where I viewed meals as mere necessities. This experience inspired me to create simple, enjoyable meals for one, ensuring that no one misses out on the comfort of a "Sunday dinner" . During the UK's initial COVID-19 lockdown, I noticed widespread panic buying followed by significant food waste. This observation led me to develop practical hacks and tips to help people make the most of their food, reducing waste and enhancing enjoyment.

Beyond workshops, I collaborate with the NHS and educational sectors, extending my reach to support community well-being. I also share insights through social media campaigns, aiming to demystify everyday food choices and empower people to cook confidently.

With 15 years of experience as an operational expert, I've worked with various companies to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency while reducing costs. I apply these strategic skills to food planning and cooking, ensuring a practical and results-oriented approach that benefits all .
